Skins used: Riesling
Origin: Guelph, Ontario
We made this Piquette by macerating Riesling skins in savoury Guelph water for 4 days. The skins came from an orange wine we made at our sister project: ibi wines.
What's it like? It drinks kind of like iced tea if you made it with grapes. It's grippy, savoury and saline, with something that reminds us of pineapples too.
