Peanut Butter Pie
Chef Ryan Cambell is making Gertie's Peanut Butter Pies (five inches).
Food for the soul, Mom’s old recipe for this all-seasons delight is made with a graham wheat & peanut crust, softly whipped mascarpone cream with a splash of fresh lemon, a ton of voluptuous all-natural peanut butter mousse then topped with honey roasted peanuts. Oh and oozes with a peanut caramel.
Peanuts, graham flour, sugar, butter, egg, mascarpone cheese, cream, lemon, honey, salt
No heating required. From frozen, thaw in fridge for six hours. For optimal eating, leave the pie at room temperature for one hour then enjoy.
