Winemaking: Harvested at night. Grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel for up to a fortnight. Each vineyard (two) are vinified separately and then blended.
Ageing: Stainless for one winter and then four months in used French and American oak barrels.
Super fresh, ripe field berries. This is an elegant medium-bodied expression of Tempranillo. The oak lends a creamy and almost nutty complexity in the mouth.
