Winemaking: two week maceration, before racking into barrel and undergoing malolactic conversion.
Ageing: one year in barrique.
Ruby red with a dark core. Green pepper, mint and pomegranate qualities on the nose. Black currant on the palate, with notes of cherry on the finish.
