They are so called Ex Vero which means "out of the truth", which is what Ewald finds his vines have become since their conversion to biodynamics. From the more clay-based soils. Citric, tropical, spicy, and floral. Full-bodied but fresh and bright, smoky, crisp, subtle bitterness.
