We've been dreaming of making a beer like this for a while. It's fermented with a strain of yeast from Escarpment Labs called KRISPY. It's in the family of Kveik yeast. This is a new strain that exhibits characteristics similar to lager yeasts but can ferment at a way hotter temps and in much faster time. This beer is clean, crispy, and easy drinking. No dry-hop.
