"Merit uses a blend of freshly pressed Pinot Noir skins from Rosewood estates and Can Franc from Fielding Estates. The skins bring notes of creamy strawberry, tart cherry, raspberry and currant to a classic Belgian-style Triple base. It drinks like a Beauolais-beer with major fruit balanced by subtle acidity and tannin."
