As the bubbles glide into the glass and the foam slowly dissipates, it shows off its light yellow hue and delicate bubbles. Immediately you smell green apples, ripe lemon, hazelnut and the delicate scent of a mandarin blossom. On the palate it impresses from first to final sip with nuances of fresh quince, decorated with a tight freshness and lively perlage. The finish is soft and well balanced. A second glass is impossible to pass up!
