100% Cinsault grown on schist soils north of Saint Chinian. 28 days of maceration in whole bunches, half aged in steel, half in barrel. Strawberry, rose, pepper and scorched earth. The palate is fresh and lifted but with a toned level of muscle in terms of tannins and body. Highly gulp-able.
