100% Pinot Noir from Castelreng and Limoux on clay and limestone soils. Direct pressing with 4 months of maturation on lees and disgorgement on the fly. Dry rosé with a nice finesse of bubbles. The nose is quite complex with aniseed and camphor notes. In the mouth, strawberry dominates with a persistent finish of grapefruit.
