We brewed this IIPA with the wonderful folks at Bellwoods Brewery. We decided to both make the same IIPA... but different. We both used Mosaic, Cashmere and Galaxy and put our own special touch on each recipe. This beer is highly aromatic with notes of peach, melon and mango. The body is soft with a touch of sweetness to balance the tropical boatload of hops we used to make this.
