The name of this wine evokes the traditional culture of the mountain vineyards planted on terraces. This beautiful wine by Domaine Boucabeille is a direct expression of that terrain. Bottled soon after the harvest, it is fruity (plums and mulberries), spicy and slightly tannic. A wine intended to drink within the next 5 years, but with a body powerful enough to pair with barbecued meats.
