Winemaking: Zero SO2 or additives. Spontaneous fermentation on indigenous yeasts. Open fermented.
Elevage: Aged for 12 months in 800L Hungarian oak
Winemaker: Oszkár Maurer

Fermented with native yeast in open vats, barreled down to old Hungarian oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered. It smells and tastes like fall, vibrant, with berries, plums, rhubarb, spice, a hint of aged balsamic and underbrush. It shows a botrytis affected nose, but bone dry and with lively acidity.
