An ancient native grape variety from the western part of Sicily, organic Catarratto provides a pleasant freshness along with rich fruity sensations and citrus fruit aromas, which are typical of this grape variety.
Straw yellow in colour with greenish tinges, this wine offers rich fruity sensations and hints of citrus fruits, which are typical of this grape variety. It is fresh and embracing on the palate with a pleasant persistence. It is excellent paired with traditional Mediterranean first dishes, risottos and eggplant caponata.
