"Nice One is a collaboration made with our close friends from Newbarns Brewery in Edinburgh, Scotland. The idea of the beer was to create something that is fermented with lager yeast but has some saison characteristics. It was brewed with over 60% wheat malt and hopped with Hüll Melon, Saphir and Spalter Select hops. We also lightly spiced this beer with local yarrow and chamomile.

It has delicate flavours and aromas of sweet orange, fresh herb, doughy wheat and floral tea. The bitterness is balanced and the finish is extra dry to ensure it goes down easy."
