Yann uses integrated agriculture to fight the effects of climate change and maintain the integrity of his grapes – he even runs the farm on solar & drives electric! The cutest ‘lil green bean! Grown on schist soils, this dry & opulent Riesling is rocky, chalky & mineral with a luscious fruit and luminescent acidity – lime blossom, bruised Granny Smiths, white pepper & a hint of petrol.
