Chris Santini sources organically-farmed fruit from all over France to create his vin de soif wines in the heart of Auxey-Duresses. This VdF red is a co-fermented blend of Gamay and Chardonnay, and comes from Champlitte, a village between Champagne and the Jura. Chalky, light-bodied, and high-acid, this is the perfect glou-glou bottle for chilling and serving outdoors on warm summer afternoons.
