This wine is a blend of two batches of Viognier and one of Gewürztraminer. Both were fermented naturally and aged for 10 months with no added sulfur. One batch of Viognier was destemmed and fermented on skins for 5 days. The other batch was pressed whole-cluster and fermented naturally in oak. The Gewürztraminer was fermented naturally on skins for 15 days before being pressed and transferred to neutral oak barrels. Blended just prior to bottling. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with a small amount of juice from the 2020 vintage.
Like the juiciest gummies you’ve every eaten this wine is an adult’s snack - packed with fruit punch flavour. Rich and lovely weight on the palate.
