Speachless is our unfiltered dry-hopped peach cider, unsweetened—zero sugar. We blended this cider half and half with peach juice that we pressed last year from local Niagara peaches. Fermented slowly, the alcohol potential in peach juice is only about 2.5 percent. We added our flagship dry cider to the peach wine and dry hopped it for several days with Galaxy hops, bringing out the stone fruit aromas. Super quenching .
