Calamondin kumquats are small, flavorful citrus fruits that grow in the Mekong Delta provinces. Combining these two together, we get a unique citrus taste that matches perfectly with the trinitario cacao from the same origin, enhancing the subtle tanginess.It is an incredibly complex and exotic chocolate.
