Another foray into the world of wine hybrids brings us Wind Up, a Lagered Ale with Pinot Noir grapes. A floral and berry forward aroma of rose petals, raspberries, sour cherries and hibiscus allows the pinot grapes to really shine. Light and effervescent, we’re picking up flavours of wildflower honey, lavender, grape skins, under ripe strawberry and floral, tart hibiscus, with a tannic and off-dry finish reminiscent of a cold glass of red wine.
